The role of Lead Educator involves effective communication with stakeholders, including children, families, colleagues, management, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and implement a play-based educational program based on the goals and philosophies of the Centre.
- Develop a deep understanding of child development and learning theories.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a passion for learning and a desire to create warm and inviting learning spaces for children.
RequirementsYou must have excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as strong leadership experience.
