The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking abilities, and experience in managing teams.

This role involves:

  • Providing friendly customer service and promoting the business to achieve accommodation sales
  • Managing reservations and assisting corporate and leisure guests
  • Maintaining hotel facilities and communicating with external contractors
