Healthcare Operations Leader

This key leadership position plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the day-to-day operations of the hospital, working closely with the executive management team to support the network's strategic directions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and optimize daily hospital activities within the facility.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive management team to achieve shared objectives.
- Represent the network at community partner meetings, building relationships and aligning operations with population needs.
- Work collaboratively with the zone's Medical Director and directors of various sectors to ensure functional hospital services through an integrated approach.
- Hold an undergraduate degree in health, administration, or management.
- A master's degree in business administration, public administration, or health services management is considered an asset.
- Possess eight to ten years of professional experience relevant to the position and/or in health services management.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the hospital system, its administration, and legal framework.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to rally teams around a common vision in a complex environment.
- Display good problem-solving skills, change management, and continuous improvement capabilities.
- Have experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising hospital operations.
- Embody a dynamic approach, adaptability, and responsiveness.
- Possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and as a team member.
