The Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to lead our technical team in decommissioning the iKnow Asia CRM platform. Your key deliverable will be designing a solution for data storage and archiving, ultimately leading to the final decommissioning of the asset and physical servers.

Banker Digital Experience Tribe

The Banker Digital Experience Tribe aims to enable our Bankers to deliver exceptional service to customers through intelligent, integrated tools and processes. Our product owners and initiative leads have a passion for executing change and supporting assets from across all our banker assets.

Your Day-to-Day

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Voice of the Customer: Engage with stakeholders to ensure the squad is working on the right things that represent the customer's needs.
  • Storyteller: Craft compelling stories that tie together the 'why', the customer need, and the vision.
  • Mobiliser: Rally informal groups of people around focused tasks and stories.
  • Knowledge Broker: Enable collaboration and empower the Squad by finding the right people for them to talk to.
  • Navigate the Organisation: Engage with Tribes/Tech Areas required for the initiative.
  • Progress Visibility: Maintain visibility of progress and concerns to ensure informed intervention can occur when required.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Portfolio/Product Area Leads to onboard new pieces of work and provide regular feedback on progress and key risks/decisions.
