Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Business Generation to join our Real Estate team in Australia and New Zealand. This individual will be responsible for overseeing bidding activities, developing bid strategies, and coaching teams to deliver high-quality bid responses and sales documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Bid Strategy and Execution:
- Reviewing procurement documentation and formulating clear bid plans for delivering compelling offers.
- Leading the strategic approach and execution of high-quality multi-million-dollar proposals, tenders, bid responses, and supporting sales documentation.
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop differentiators, win themes, and messaging that clearly explains our offer and value proposition.
- Mobilizing internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and bids are submitted on time and in the correct manner.
Requirements
- Full Australian working rights.
- At least 12 years of experience in business development, marketing, and bidding within a professional services environment, ideally within the built environment.
- A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and APMP qualifications are highly advantageous.
- Proven experience in delivering winning bids and proposals.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
