Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Front House Staff member to fill a Barista role at our establishment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be energetic, and have the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members as part of a cohesive team.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in accordance with all relevant health department regulations.
  • Prepare the drink bar menu based on drink stock availability.
  • Open or close the coffee bar, ensuring all equipment is operational and tidy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Bulletin menu information upon request, including portion sizes, ingredients, and potential food allergies.
  • Offer personalized menu recommendations based on customer preferences.
  • Accurately take food and drinks orders using a modern point-of-sale system.
  • Communicate order details to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely preparation and delivery.
  • Deliver orders to tables efficiently and accurately.
  • Transport dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Prioritize collaboration with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes to the menu, and service specifications for reservations.
