
Electrical Technologist Wanted for Water Industry Projects

We are seeking an experienced and skilled electrical technologist to join our team working on water industry projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation work, including installation, service, and repair of low voltage electrical control systems. They will also be involved in the commissioning of instrumentation systems and will be required to provide technical support to other teams within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out electrical installation work to BS7671 standards.
- Install, service, and repair low voltage electrical control systems.
- Commission instrumentation systems, including pressure, levels, temperature, and flow.
- Provide technical support to other teams within the company.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Full electrical qualifications.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
- JIB Gold Card.
- CG2391-52 Testing and inspecting certification.
- Ability to organise and manage time effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good PC literacy.
- Ability to work well with other teams within the company.
This role offers the opportunity to work on large water industry projects, maintaining and operating systems, switchboards, etc. A van, uniform, and fuel card will be supplied.
