Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Support Services Staff to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to residents in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the facility.
  • Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and living areas on a regular basis.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and maintain storage facilities.
  • Sort and process laundry in accordance with facility procedures.
  • Ensure adequate supplies of toiletries and cleaning materials are available for residents.
  • Follow infection control guidelines and WHS requirements when using chemicals and completing cleaning tasks.
  • Complete all required documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, preferably within the Aged Care sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Checks or willingness to obtain them is mandatory.
  • A solid understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes is desirable but not essential.
