Healthcare Administration Position

This part-time role is situated in Melbourne and involves collaboration with the Administration team. You will report to the Team Leader.

You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting patients, visitors, staff and medical specialists with inquiries
  • Providing excellent customer service when working in the main reception area
  • Completing other activities in support of the administration department, as required

To be successful in this role: You will be a dynamic customer service-focused professional who takes pride and ownership in your work. Your professionalism, ability to adapt to change and work in a dynamic environment will enable you to settle into your new role effectively.

You will have:

  • Previous demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining customer service in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Experience in healthcare (desirable)
