Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. This role is an opportunity to be the first point of contact for our clients and play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a seamless and positive experience.

The Job Description
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting patients warmly and ensuring every visit is positive and memorable.
  • Schedule appointments and manage bookings efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, creating a welcoming environment for patients.
  • Provide administrative support during consultations and procedures to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
  • Handle patient records, billing, payments, and other essential administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Working Rights with no restrictions.
  • Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians and patients.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, with experience in booking systems highly regarded.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
