Job Coach

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to motivate individuals towards their goals. You will work one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.

  • Encourage and motivate participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Reverse market clients to employers;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
  • E nsure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements;
  • E nsure our clients, employers and those we work with receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Requirements

To be successful as a Job Coach, you will have:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
  • Happiness and confidence liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Confidence working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers;
  • An overall desire to be part of our broader family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive;
  • A current Drivers Licence.
