Housing Facilities Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic coordinator to take on a unique challenge in housing and facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating property functions, planning, delivering and reporting of designated projects.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate property functions including tenancy, assets and project management.
- Plan, deliver and report on designated projects as required by stakeholders.
This role requires a high level of adaptability, collaboration and passion for making a difference. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities, assets or project management, a tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Project Management, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities, assets or project management.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Administration or Project Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
