Service Excellence Leader

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a customer-focused individual to lead the service department and front-of-store operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales targets and maintain excellent service standards.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of customer-facing staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining excellent service standards by ensuring the checkout area is clean and safe for customers and staff.
- Driving a one-team culture that prioritizes the health, safety, and wellbeing of team members.
