Job Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As the right-hand person to our CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-manage the agent's diary and appointments
  • Provide administrative support throughout the sales process
  • Handle inquiries from vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders
  • Prepare materials for listing presentations
  • Ensure all documentation related to property listings and sales is accurate and compliant
  • Coordinate with valuers, building/pest inspectors, council, and solicitors, as directed by the Principal, to ensure smooth sales progress and timely appointments
  • Liaise with vendors, tenants, and external agencies to arrange property access and prepare for photography
  • Prepare pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs, and original contracts
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
