This is a key leadership role that oversees the security business in Asia, driving growth and expansion through inspirational sales leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in senior technical sales leadership, with experience in cloud services growth preferably in Security, Productivity or Infrastructure. They will lead an organization of specialist sellers and technical specialists to provide and sell best-in-class Security Solutions to enterprise customers, building momentum for digital transformation across time-zone markets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business success through inspirational sales leadership, leading strategy and execution across the enterprise for the Security Solution Area, and providing industry thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their comprehensive needs.
- Inspire managers and individuals in the organization to foster a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, collaboration, and achieving big bold goals.
- Lead the organization to drive growth in the Security business through business outcome selling and expanding customer IT and Business connections.
- Work closely with key partners to expand the teams' sales capabilities and reach in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business success through inspirational sales leadership.
- Lead strategy and execution across the Enterprise for the Security Solution Area.
- Provide industry thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their comprehensive needs.
Requirements:
- 14+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
- 8+ years people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth preferably Security, Productivity or Infrastructure.
- 12+ years people management experience, including managing high performance sales and technical-specialist teams, coaching solution specialist and account development strategies, and/or leadership roles in multi-tiered large organizations.
- Technical certifications in Security solutions.
