About the Role

As a Membership Manager, you will lead a team of Member Support Consultants to maximize membership growth through acquisition and retention. You will create a positive member experience that encourages club visitation and engagement.

The ideal candidate will oversee front desk operations, set service standards, and be responsible for achieving membership targets.

You will mentor your team, providing tools for success, and combine sales expertise, customer service skills, and leadership to inspire prospective members and motivate existing members on their fitness journey.

  • Manage daily workflow of the MSC team to meet sales targets
  • Achieve personal sales goals contributing to team success
  • Ensure MSC team meets daily performance criteria
  • Deliver sales training to develop the team
  • Achieve member retention and growth budgets monthly
  • Respond to enquiries within 24 hours via phone, email, or in person
  • Support initiatives to drive membership growth
  • Assist in developing the MSC roster

Your Key Responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales and customer service experience with ability to meet KPIs
  • Understanding of sales cycles and techniques like up-selling and cross-selling
  • Experience managing the customer journey and retention strategies
  • Leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams
  • Ability to motivate and set goals for others
  • Proficiency with business computer systems
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates
