Civil Labourer Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Civil Labourer to join our team in ACT.

  • Key responsibilities include assisting in the installation of telecommunications infrastructure, including cabling, pits, and equipment.
  • Performing manual labour tasks such as hand digging trenches, laying conduit, and back filling trenches.
  • Preparing and cleaning up work sites, removing debris and waste materials.
  • Operating hand and power tools, small equipment like compressors and generators.
  • FOLLOWING SAFETY PROCEDURES and ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience in civil labouring or a related field is essential.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and equipment.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transportation to and from work sites.
  • Truck Licence (LR/HR) would be preferable but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
  • Commitment to safety procedures.
