Job Overview

Dentsply Sirona is the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies.


Our team is seeking a motivated and hands-on technician to join our field service team in NSW, providing advanced technical support and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair advanced dental equipment on-site and in-house
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and technical support to internal teams and external clients
  • Collaborate with sales teams and promote service offerings such as preventive maintenance
  • Accurately manage service reporting, inventory, and invoicing via our CRM and PDA system
  • Maintain company-supplied tools, vehicle, and equipment to professional standards
  • Contribute to a safe work environment by following OHS procedures and proactively reporting risks

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for candidates who possess a Certificate or qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Appliance Repair. An Electrical Licence (Full or Restricted) – although not essential – would be advantageous. Additionally, experience in a field service, appliance repair, or technical support role is highly desirable.


Required skills include sound troubleshooting and maintenance skills, as well as the ability to qualify for a Restricted Electrical Licence – which we can support you with. A Valid driver's licence and unrestricted working rights in Australia are also necessary.
