Procurement and Contract Administration Expertise

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and rollout internal capital expenditure budgets efficiently.
  • Oversee tendering and contracting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and commercial best practices.
  • Administer contract performance reporting, relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives effectively.
  • Maintain accurate contracts databases and action timely contract renewals.
  • Manage contractor insurances and criminal record checks for organisational agreements.
  • Select reliable suppliers and engage complementary suppliers to improve value delivered to the organisation.
  • Implement standardised core products to enhance efficiency and cost benefits.
  • Contribute to budget preparation, including advice on contracted services and rates across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in finance, business, or a related field. Previous experience in procurement, tendering, and/or contracting environments is essential, along with demonstrated competence in PC applications software and contract administration applications.
