Job Title: Procurement Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-driven and results-oriented Procurement Specialist to oversee the procurement process for our organization. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our purchasing practices are transparent, compliant, and aligned with industry best practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and issue tender documentation to potential suppliers.
- Coordinate tender review panels to ensure a fair and impartial evaluation process.
- Oversee the tender closing and analysis, including debriefing unsuccessful tenderers.
- Award organisation-wide service contracts to qualified vendors.
- Undertake research and preparation of final contract documentation to meet business needs.
- Review and report on contractor performance to inform future procurement decisions.
- Provide procurement information and support to internal stakeholders.
- Qualifications or strong experience in Procurement, Contracts, or Administration.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems to streamline procurement processes.
