Job Summary
A highly sought-after opportunity has arisen for a Senior Trust Manager to join our esteemed client, a leading non-bank lender specialising in consumer and commercial asset finance products. We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead the Trust Management division within the Securitisation Treasury team.
About the Role
This key role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including leading and managing the day-to-day securitisation trust management operations across consumer and commercial financing. You will be responsible for managing all funding vehicles, including ABS issuance and warehouses, as well as overseeing daily securitisation trusts and ensuring compliance with trust agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day securitisation trust management operations across consumer and commercial financing
- Manage all funding vehicles, including ABS issuance and warehouses
- Oversee daily securitisation trusts, including cash flow management, payment processing, asset performance monitoring, and compliance with trust agreements
- Manage all structuring, execution, and management of securitisation transactions
- Responsible for the operation and monitoring of the performance of the trusts and reporting models
- Communicate with investors and stakeholders, providing regular updates
- Manage a small team

Requirements
We are seeking a senior treasury leader with a background in Trust Management, preferably from within the Mortgages or Asset Finance sector. Extensive management experience, coupled with experience in securitisation, is essential from either a Trustee, Bank, or non-bank lender. Ideally, you will be degree-qualified and possess commercial acumen, leadership skills, an analytical mindset, and familiarity with trust management requirements. Looking for 10+ years of experience in a similar field.
