About This Role

Kinnect is seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality workplace rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of injured workers to determine the best course of action for their rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to help workers return to work safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Provide expert clinical opinions and justification through comprehensive report writing.
  • Manage complex cases and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist who possesses:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.
  • Current registration with AHPRA, accreditation with ESSA, or accreditation with ASORC / RCAA.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
  • A current ABN and relevant insurances (professional indemnity & public liability).
