We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Strategy and Operations Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business outcomes through strategy and operations.
About the RoleThis position requires a self-starting professional who can solve complex problems using data and empathy, collaborate across departments, and execute strategies with ownership mentality.
- Critical Thinking: Identify and solve complex problems by analyzing data and developing innovative solutions.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and execute operational strategies to improve customer experience, including dasher and merchant experiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Professional Development: Take on additional scope and special projects related to consumer and marketplace sides of the business.
You should have 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, strategy consulting, product, or technology. A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, analytical skills, and a self-starter mindset are essential for this role.
