Position Overview:

As a Senior Insurance Specialist, you will lead and support a small team in managing and growing our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients' insurance requirements and placements. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlords and domestic clients.
  • Prior experience managing a small team
  • Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
