Landlord Insurance Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Landlords and Property team. This role will be based in our Melbourne office.

About the Role:
  • This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days in the office.

As a Team Leader – Landlords and Property, you will lead, manage and support a small team who play a pivotal role in managing and growing our portfolio of landlords and domestic clients' insurance requirements and placements.

You will be responsible for developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
  • Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
