AOD Clinical Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AOD Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in the Emergency Department. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide timely interventions to patients presenting with mental health and alcohol or other drug (AOD) concerns.
The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing assertive community follow-up as required. The clinician will also contribute to high-level clinical decision-making and work closely with consultants to guide the team in making informed decisions that lead to positive outcomes for patients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to ongoing professional development.
