Job Title: Operations Officer

About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our organization as an Operations Officer. The successful candidate will have recent experience working in a large and complex environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support to teams.
  • Manage rosters, travel, uniform requests, and assist with the induction and planning of new employees.
  • Assist with emergency response plans and alert the team to potential problems that could impact service delivery.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to provide a professional support service across locations.
