The Principal Contracts role will focus on ensuring safe operational objectives are met, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility, and sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate an overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility, and sustainable development.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to enable coaching, alignment, compliance with, and continual improvement of Contract Management.
  • Facilitate the development, implementation, and maintenance of common standards, including improvements to processes and systems.

Desirable skills include understanding legislation surrounding contractor management in mining and experience in maintenance execution, mining, or contractor management.
