We are seeking a customer-focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our team in Albury. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexibility to work Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 10pm and one weekend every six weeks.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and patient care
  • Making appointments for multiple modalities, such as x-ray, MRI, and ultrasound
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers

Key Qualifications:

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit genuine care and understanding for patients' well-being
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
