Occupational Therapist Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to work in community-based occupational therapy and home modifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in these areas, as well as a working knowledge of Victorian funding schemes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload covering community-based areas, including CHSP, Community Health, and HACC-PYP. They will also provide assistive technology prescription and recommendations for home modifications.

A driver's license is required for this role, as it involves regular home visits. A relocation package is available, and rates will be based on experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Grade 1 or Grade 2 locum occupational therapist
  • Experience in community-based occupational therapy and home modifications
  • Working knowledge of Victorian funding schemes
  • Current driver's license
