
Regional Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team in a regional health service based in regional Victoria, less than two hours from Melbourne.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of community-based clients, including those requiring CHSP, Community Health, and HACC-PYP services. They will also prescribe Basic Assistive Technology and provide recommendations for Home Modifications, ideally with experience in complex modifications.
In addition to their clinical expertise, the Occupational Therapist will have a working knowledge of Victorian funding schemes, including SWEP and GEAT2Go. A driver's license is required as all positions involve home visits, and free accommodation is available. Locum rates will be based on experience, and $200 is offered towards travel costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experienced Grade 1 or Grade 2 Locum Occupational Therapist
- Experience in community-based occupational therapy and home modifications
- Working knowledge of Victorian funding schemes, including SWEP and GEAT2Go
- Current driver's license
