Job Description

The Liverpool Community Mental Health Service is seeking experienced clinicians to join our Adult Care Coordination Team, where they can make a meaningful impact.

As a mental health professional, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based assessments and treatments within a multi-disciplinary team framework.

You will also be responsible for non-clinical tasks such as participating in quality improvement initiatives, clinical supervision, and administrative responsibilities as needed.

  • To be successful in this role, relevant qualifications such as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or CSU Graduates: Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health) are essential.
