Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based, strengths-focused, recovery-oriented assessment and treatment within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Coordinate consumers' recovery plans and participate in quality improvement activities.

South Western Sydney's community-based mental health care provides comprehensive mental health services across the region. Our multidisciplinary teams offer a range of supports, including mental health assessments, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapy.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Psychologist currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or a qualified Social Worker eligible for registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
  • Demonstrated experience in providing assessment and treatment for consumers of the mental health service.
