We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team in Queensland. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $15m.

About the Role
As a Site Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team on a variety of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently, and that all stakeholders are satisfied with the outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $15m
- Manage a team of construction professionals
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Requirements
- At least three years of experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out and refurbishment
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound understanding of OH&S/WHS principles and practices
