About the Role

Susquehanna, a global quantitative trading firm, is seeking a skilled Quantitative Graduate Recruiter to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our campus recruiting efforts. As a key member of our in-house recruiting team, you will leverage your mathematical background to interview and assess quantitative campus candidates, working through probability and logic questions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a campus hiring strategy to reach our recruiting goals, working closely with managers to define hiring needs.
  • Design and produce onsite and external events from conception to execution, showcasing our brand and attracting top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the hiring process.
  • Attend and facilitate careers fairs, campus events, and on-site events for our programmes, promoting our quantitative trading firm.
  • Apply an analytical approach, leveraging data and trends to inform recruiting decisions and strategic tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in mathematics or another STEM field.
  • Strong appetite to learn how to interview students by using quantitative concepts.
  • At least one year of professional work experience, with experience in campus recruiting a plus but not essential.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing candidate relationships and interviewing.
  • Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
