Role Overview

Susquehanna Pacific is expanding its in-house recruiting team and seeks a Quantitative Graduate Recruiter to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our campus recruiting efforts. This role requires a strong mathematical background and excellent problem-solving skills to assess quantitative campus candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with managers to define hiring needs and create a campus hiring strategy each academic year to reach our recruiting goals.
  • Design and produce onsite and external events from conception to execution, leveraging your analytical approach to inform recruiting decisions and strategic tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the hiring process.
  • Attend and facilitate careers fairs, campus events, and on-site events for our programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in mathematics or another STEM field.
  • Strong appetite to learn how to interview students by using quantitative concepts.
  • At least one year of professional work experience - experience in campus recruiting is a plus but not essential.
  • Demonstrated interest in developing candidate relationships and interviewing.
  • Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
