About You
We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Head of Programs for our Dandenong Tech School. The successful candidate will have experience within industry and/or the educational sector and in the development, delivery, and embedding of innovative curriculum and learning programs for secondary-aged students.

Key Responsibilities
The Head of Programs will collaborate internally, and with schools, industries, and community stakeholders to create immersive learning experiences that inspire and empower young people and educators. This includes:
• Providing ongoing leadership and support to facilitation and teaching staff;
• Leading the delivery of responsive education programs that meet the organisation's objectives;
• Engaging with industry and school partners;
• Developing forward-thinking, innovative curriculum initiatives;
• Supporting the review of learning experiences across Dandenong Tech School;
