Cloud Support Specialist

This role involves providing technical assistance for customers across a range of cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents affecting customer services within established service level agreements
  • Planning, testing, and implementing service changes for customer environments
  • Providing proactive communication throughout the case lifecycle
  • Acting as a customer advocate, simplifying complex vendor and technical interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support experiences
  • Elevating and managing carrier relationships for service-impacting issues
  • Participating in on-call and dispatch rotations to ensure timely support
  • Maintaining technical proficiency through ongoing learning and certification

Required qualifications include:

  • 1+ years' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Entry-level certification or experience with technologies such as VMware, Cisco UCS, NetApp, Veeam, and Microsoft 365
  • A passion for learning and growing technical knowledge
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience mentoring or supporting team members
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
