Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager to join our team in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes.
This role involves assisting in the interviewing and hiring of Human Resource employee team members with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to establish and maintain effective contact with external recruitment sources, and attend job fairs to promote our organization's brand.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing employee development by assisting with departmental orientation programs, providing new hire training, and cross-training employees to support daily operations.
Additionally, you will coordinate new hire orientation programs to generate a positive first impression for employees, ensure attendance by all new hires, and participate in regularly scheduled property-wide meetings to foster open communication.
Furthermore, as an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining effective employee communication channels, reviewing progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and communicating performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.
