National Standards Accreditation and Project Manager
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to lead national accreditation success and drive transformative projects across the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transition to a district-wide accreditation assessment, project managing key safety and quality initiatives aligned with the Clinical Governance and Patient Experience Directorate priorities.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive national accreditation success
- Lead transformative projects
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field
- Extensive experience in a healthcare environment
- Strategic advice influencing the direction of an accreditation or quality improvement initiative
- Recent involvement in an NSQHS accreditation survey
This role is based at the Royal North Shore Campus, within the Clinical Governance and Patient Experience Unit.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
