Job Title: National Standards Accreditation and Project Lead
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our organization's transition to a district-wide accreditation assessment, as well as manage key safety and quality initiatives aligned with our Clinical Governance and Patient Experience Directorate priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive national accreditation success through strategic planning and project management
- Lead transformative projects across the organization
- Develop and implement accreditation strategies to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and safety goals
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or extensive experience in healthcare
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and improvement
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
