Business Systems Transformation Analyst

Salary Range: A$90,000.00-A$110,000.00 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Transformation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to extract and document requirements, working with third-party vendors to define solutions, and driving projects through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and develop detailed functional specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and International Payroll systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
