Job Description

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide care and support to elderly people in the Central Coast area. Our goal is to help them maintain their independence and connection to the community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care services, including:

  • Organising outings
  • Cooking nutritious meals
  • Pet care and companionship
  • Household cleaning and organisation
  • Gardening and outdoor maintenance
  • Transportation to appointments and activities

You will also be required to review and update care plans, track important information, and identify potential hazards to ensure client safety.
