We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers in the Central Coast region.

As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our valued customers. You will provide high-quality in-home support services, promoting their independence and well-being.

About this role:

  • Personal care: assist with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication administration
  • Social support: accompany customers to social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
  • Domestic assistance: perform light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Support customers with complex needs using manual handling equipment
  • Monitor customer progress and report updates

Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Ability to build rapport and good working relationships
  • Comfortable using technology for accessing rosters and recording customer notes

What you need to succeed:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or equivalent
  • Proof of vaccination (if relevant)

  • Working with Children Check (preferred)
  • Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent)
