Marketing Leader Opportunity

Drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue as a strategic marketing leader. This role involves leading a team of marketers, defining go-to-market strategies, and executing comprehensive campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of marketers across Product Marketing, Growth, Communications, Brand, and Field Marketing.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and position the organization as a leader in space-enabled mineral exploration.
  • Oversee campaign execution for AI-powered, satellite-enabled solutions; optimize marketing operations for scale; and establish systems that maintain quality while increasing velocity.
  • Prioritize strategic accounts with Sales, Product, and Executive teams; build a culture of data-driven experimentation and measurement.
  • Develop and report on key metrics, including pipeline contribution, lead acquisition, ABM, brand awareness, and team productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven Enterprise B2B Marketing Leadership: 8+ years leading marketing in startup/scale-up tech, with experience in Mineral exploration, Mining Technology, or Deep Tech.
  • Team & Budget Management Experience: History of managing marketing budgets of $2M+ annually and scaling teams of 8+ people.
  • Revenue-Focused Partnership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and contribute to deal closure and revenue growth.
  • Field Marketing experience: At least part of your toolkit and experience.
