Dynamic Palliative Medicine Professional

We are seeking a skilled Palliative Care Physician to join our team at Toowoomba Hospital.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare setting and make a meaningful contribution to the lives of patients and families in need.
Key Responsibilities- Community Care: Provide palliative care services to patients in their homes or communities.
- Inpatient Consultation and Management: Provide medical consultations and manage the care of patients in hospital settings.
- Telehealth and Outpatient Clinics: Conduct virtual consultations and provide follow-up care to patients in clinics.
- Registrar Support Available: Receive support from registrars as needed.
The successful candidate will work on a Monday-Friday roster, with one week on-call every three weeks. You will be required to confirm your availability for specific dates, which can be negotiated upon selection.
Requirements- Confirmed availability for specified dates.
- Current signed and dated CV.
- COPY OF CURRENT AHPRA REGISTRATION.
- Two recent references (within 12 months).
- Certified copies of Driver's Licence and Passport.
- Eligibility for rebateable provider number (mandatory).
