Our organization seeks a seasoned senior digital marketer to spearhead retention initiatives as the Head of Retention.

The primary focus will be on expanding recurring revenue and cultivating a loyal base of repeat customers through strategic CX enhancements, media strategies, and customer lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute plans to boost monthly recurring revenue via targeted improvements in customer experience
  • Oversee end-to-end customer experience management from initial purchase to customer lifespan
  • Implement value-enhancing strategies to increase customer lifetime value, including average order value growth, gross profit expansion, extended customer lifespan/number of orders, and reduced churn rates
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth & Acquisition to ensure a consistent pipeline of new customers for conversion into repeat customers
  • Advocate for customer-centricity within the organization, ensuring a customer-first philosophy is maintained
