Senior Financial Leader Sought

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial accounting, banking, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will also play a key role in commercial finance, performance management, and sustainability reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in senior finance roles, preferably in retail or large-format operations.
  • CA/CPA Qualified
  • Retail experience
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial accounting standards, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience leading finance teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strategic mindset and commercial awareness.

You will work closely with our CEO, Legal, ELT, Finance Manager, AP Manager, Payroll Manager, and Head of FP&A to drive business growth and profitability.
