  • Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the cognitive, physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being of all students
  • Work closely with parents/guardians to ensure the best possible outcomes for their children
  • Participate in the creation, development, and evaluation of curriculum
  • Stay informed about current trends, early childhood practices, and curriculum and resource developments

Requirements:

  • Cert III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management qualifications
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) - Employee
  • Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Years (or willingness to undertake training)
  • Current Right to work in Australia

Desirable Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a permanent Cert III Educator position in an Early Childhood setting
  • Ability to implement flexible and responsive routines with experience in progressive mealtimes
  • Strong pedagogical knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum and EYLF
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
