We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scientist to join our team.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic environment performing various scientific tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Performing routine procedures from specimen reception to result execution for pathological diagnosis
- Assisting with stock control and maintaining current scientific knowledge
- Compliance with records maintenance and results recording in line with protocols
- Maintaining equipment and operating in accordance with protocols
- Participating in quality assurance activities and contributing to continuous improvement
To be considered for this position, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
- Demonstrated experience and skills within the scientific discipline
- Sound knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and troubleshooting
- Able to identify, develop, and implement quality and service improvement activities
- High degree of independence and infrequent supervision required
